At CareShield we believe that classroom training has to be two things: informative and fun. Whether a training session is covering a core skill such as Fire Safety or a clinical procedure such as Venepuncture, our tutors are approachable, knowledgable and experienced. All of our tutors are current, senior practitioners in their respective fields.

Procedures are bought to life with our specialist training equipment, narrowing the gap between practising in training sessions and carrying out the procedure for the first time. Aimed at Registered Managers and other operational managers currently working in adult social care settings who want to develop their leadership skills and knowledge.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
